Liverpool picked up their first pre-season win after beating Crystal Palace 2-0, with Mohamed Salah netting his maiden goal ahead of the new campaign.
Jordan Henderson opened the scoring for the Reds with a side-footed effort into the far corner, before an array of half-time changes saw several big guns introduced.
One of them, Salah, looked sharp and capped off a livewire performance with a shot which deflected off a defender, hit Vicente Guaite and found the back of the net.
