The players, from the charity's Premier League Kicks project, travelled to London on Saturday July 6 to compete in the final rounds of the competition, hosted by Tottenham Hotspur.
Both teams won all their fixtures, competing against other regional winners from Aberdeen, Arsenal, Everton, Hamilton and Tottenham.
The annual tournament is a national championship for youngsters aged 10 to 12 that takes place on Cruyff Courts across the UK.
Cruyff Courts are small, high-quality football pitches in the heart of communities and are a project of the foundation of Dutch legend Johan Cruyff.
LFC Foundation project lead, Tony Cosgrove, said: "This tournament has become one of the highlights of the year for our PL Kicks project.
