LFC pay respects at Berlin Wall Memorial

Gary was joined by LFC legend Patrick Berger for a tour of the site, guided by Mr Klausmeier, the director of the Berlin Wall Foundation, before the pair laid a floral tribute on behalf of the club at the Window of Remembrance.

The Berlin Wall Memorial is the central memorial site of German division and contains the last remaining piece of the wall with a permanent exhibition of the former border strip.

The Window of Remembrance, a poignant display of names and photographs, commemorates 139 people who died at the Berlin Wall between 1961 and 1989.
