The trio of Liverpool legends met with young cancer patients, took part in a Q&A and signing session and joined in with football activities including SnookFootball and Football Target.
LFC also handed over free match tickets to the 70 children present at CanTeen - Australia's biggest cancer charity for young people (12-15 years) - for Wednesday’s game against Sydney FC at the ANZ Stadium.
The club are in Sydney to host various activities ahead of their post-season friendly on May 24.
McAllister said: “CanTeen is a charity across Australia that really makes difference to young people's lives.
