The year 10 student group enjoyed an action-packed visit with activities including a welcome from CEO Peter Moore, lightning talks and Q&A sessions from Leanne Jagger at Amazon Web Services and LFC staff covering technology and transformation and human resources. This was followed by interactive group carousel activities also delivered by Amazon Web Services and LFC staff.
The visit was arranged in partnership with InnovateHer, which the club is a gold member of. InnovateHer equips girls aged 12 to 16 with the self-belief, confidence and skills to pursue a career in technology through their educational programme and works with companies to create inclusive workplaces for them to work within.
