Leeds United have snapped up young midfielder Madger Gomes after the Spaniard was released by Liverpool at the end of the season.
New manager Thomas Christiansen appears to be preparing for the future, and has signed the 20-year-old youth international on a three-year deal.
It is understood he will initially link up with the club's Under 23s side, with a view to training with the first team during pre-season.
Speaking about the move, Gomes said: 'I'm really excited and happy to start life with Leeds United, I hope to have a good season here.
