The 26-year-old winger joins the Reds to strengthen their attacking options ahead of the 2018-19 FA Women's Super League season.
Daniels, who can also play as a striker, came through the youth set-up at Oud-Heverlee Leuven before spells with Lierse, FC Twente and Anderlecht.
"This is a great move for me and I am really looking forward to working alongside Neil [Redfearn] and the players," she said.
"The squad here has big potential and I am really confident that we will have a successful season this year.
"Once I heard of the interest from Liverpool Ladies, there was only one club that I wanted to sign for and I cannot wait to get started.
