Jurgen Klopp has warned Liverpool to heed the lessons of Crystal Palace's shock win at Manchester City to prevent their own title ambitions from being derailed.
Liverpool will attempt to re-establish a seven point lead at the top against a team who have caused them trouble recently; Palace were the last team to beat Klopp's team on home soil in April 2017, while his first Anfield defeat as Liverpool manager came against them in November 2015.
Palace have blown hot and cold this season but no result stands out more than their remarkable 3-2 win at the Etihad Stadium on December 22 - a win that effectively handed the impetus to Liverpool in the race for the title.
