Jurgen Klopp believes that Alexis Mac Allister did not commit a handball in the run-up to Jarell Quansah's disallowed goal against Toulouse.
The Liverpool manager saw a late equaliser from Quansah overturned after referee Georgi Kabakov ruled that Mac Allister had handled the ball well before.
It denied Liverpool a draw at the death and saw them lose 3-2 in France to surrender their perfect Europa League record this campaign.
Klopp said: 'I only saw the video back now and for me it's not a handball, but how can I decide that?
