Jordan Henderson has revealed his dad is contemplating not travelling to the World Cup due to the shocking scenes that marred last season's Champions League final.
The Liverpool skipper's father Brian and his family were caught in the awful trouble outside the Stade de France in June when thousands of Red supporters were subjected to unprovoked attacks by local gangs, tear gassed by police only to be then blamed by UEFA.
The atrocities in the French capital earlier this year were latest in a harrowing series of events for England players families, who were also caught up in the violent scenes that marred last summer's Euro 2020 final at Wembley.
