John Toshack has told talkSPORT of his delight to see Liverpool return to the Champions League.
The Reds will play in Europe's elite competition for only the second time in eight years - so long as they come through qualifying - after securing a fourth-place finish in the Premier League.
Speaking to the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast, Anfield great Toshack said: "It's great to see them back in the Champions League and hopefully they can push on and have a great run at it next year.
