Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard has jokingly volunteered to be part of the club's charm offensive to land England star Jude Bellingham.
£80m Bellingham is Jurgen Klopp's chief midfield target this summer but faces a tough challenge with the Borussia Dortmund player is also coveted by Real Madrid.
Gerrard, ranked alongside Kenny Dalglish as Liverpool's greatest player, said on televsion before yesterday's game against Chelsea that Bellingham would be a perfect fit at Anfield and said he was prepared to travel to Germany to help.
