Hospice receives a visit from the Premier League trophy

LFC’s community team, Red Neighbours, took the Premier League trophy to Marie Curie’s Woolton Hospice this week to give Marie Curie’s doctors, nurses and staff the chance to get their picture taken with the trophy, in thanks for their hard work throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Roisin Hyland, fundraising and engagement lead at the hospice, said: “We were thrilled to welcome the Liverpool FC Premier League cup to the hospice. This event was such a huge morale boost for all our staff after such a difficult few months. We would like to say a sincere thank you to everyone at the club for making this happen”.
