Harvey Elliott had a nervous wait to find out if he'd scored his first Champions League goal against Rangers on Wednesday, but he had his Liverpool team-mate Mohamed Salah on hand to comfort him.
After a closely-fought first half which saw Roberto Firmino cancel out Scott Arfield's opener, Jurgen Klopp's side ran riot in the second half with Firmino adding his second before Darwin Nunez found the net and Mohamed Salah scored a hat-trick in less than six minutes.
With the clock ticking down, Elliott put the ball in the net, but his strike was initially ruled out for offside.
