Harry Kane has admitted that 'a lot needs to change at Tottenham' before the side are to be successful again.

Spurs were beaten 3-1 at home to Brentford on Saturday in a disappointing game that compounds what's been a frustrating season for the club, who now look set to miss out on Champions League football next year.

The club have dropped to eighth in the league after they have won a meagre two of their last 10 Premier League matches, which include some pretty tough defeats, like their 6-1 loss to Newcastle and their last-gasp defeat at Anfield to Liverpool.
