The former Reds stars got some much-needed practice in at Kirkby earlier this week as they warmed up for Saturday's game, which is being played in aid of the LFC Foundation.
Gerrard was joined by Ian Rush, Alan Kennedy, Phil Babb and David Thompson in taking on a team including Gary McAllister, Steve McManaman, John Aldridge and Jason McAteer.
Stevie's team ran out 4-1 winners in an incident-packed game before McManaman's team regained some pride by edging a post-match penalty shootout 5-4.
