'Firmino, Salah and Mane might not have to be the answer': Danny Murphy claims Luis Diaz, Harvey Elliott and Diogo Jota will be integral parts of Liverpool's attack for the 'long-term'

Former Liverpool player Danny Murphy believes the Reds have found a 'long-term' solution to replacing their iconic front three.

Mo Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino have led Liverpool's front-line for the best part of the last five seasons at Anfield.

The trio are all entering their 30s however with Jurgen Klopp's side still to sign them to a new contract with their deals running up at the end of next season.

Murphy, who played for Liverpool from 1997 to 2004, believes Liverpool have a 'long-term' plan in motion with the likes of new signing Luis Diaz, Diogo Jota and Harvey Elliott all breaking into the team.
