A lifelong Liverpool fan has said the fellow supporters who "saved him" when he had a cardiac arrest while driving home from a game encapsulated everything that is good about their club.
Tim Easton crashed into a wall after collapsing at the wheel following Liverpool's match against Ipswich at Anfield on 25 January.
Quick-thinking brothers Paul and Tony Casey leapt into action and performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on Tim, who spent a week in a coma before making a recovery.
Meeting the "heroes" who saved his life, 68-year-old Tim praised their swift actions as well as others who stopped to help.
