Fears are growing that eco-protesters could target Eurovision after a recent incident caused chaos at the Snooker World Championships.
BBC bosses have been working with police to try and stop the Liverpool final being interrupted by the eco groups.
Speaking to the Mirror, Rylan, who is one of the hosts, admitted that it was a tough task to stop the situations unfolding on the night.
He said: 'What you have got to understand is if there is a standing audience in front of a stage, even if there is a two metre pit before the stage, these things can happen.
