El Hadji Diouf says he regrets joining the Reds and wishes he joined Liverpool's arch rivals

El Hadji Diouf regrets joining Liverpool and wished he had joined Manchester United or Barcelona instead.

The former Reds forward was asked by RMC Sport which shirt he regretted wearing.

'I would say Liverpool,' Diouf said. 'Because if I had the chance again I would go to Manchester United or Barcelona. At the time they wanted me also.'
