Former Liverpool defender Daniel Agger has high hopes for the Reds this season and believes they are on the right path under manager Jurgen Klopp.
The Danish centre-back, who spent eight years at Liverpool, was at Anfield on Monday night to watch the 0-0 draw with Manchester United.
Liverpool currently sit fourth in the Premier League table after eight games, having only been beaten once so far this campaign and enjoying eye-catching victories over Arsenal, Chelsea and champions Leicester City.
