Cody Gakpo returned to training with the Liverpool squad on Thursday in a welcome boost for Jurgen Klopp ahead of this weekend's Merseyside derby.
The in-form forward missed the last two matches and was absent from the Netherlands' international break after sustaining a knee injury against Tottenham on September 30.
He has found the net in three of his last four games for the Reds but was hauled off at half-time in the controversial 2-1 loss to Spurs, having equalised just before the break.
The 24-year-old could be in contention for Saturday's Anfield showdown against Everton and was involved in ball work at Liverpool's AXA training complex.
