The United States international, who will play against England at Wembley on Thursday night, has been pursued by all of the Premier League’s top clubs and has just 18 months left on his Borussia Dortmund contract. He is expected to be sold next summer, with Dortmund struggling to agree a new deal with a player who would earn far more in the Premier League.
Liverpool have a long-standing interest in Pulisic, who joined Dortmund in 2015 when Jurgen Klopp was still in charge.
They bid £11million for him in August 2016, but Dortmund said no. Tottenham enquired after Pulisic in 2017 while Chelsea and Manchester United have also been keen on the young United States international who will likely soon be up for sale.
