Solly March scored his seventh of the season to hand Brighton a narrow 1-0 win against rivals Crystal Palace at the Amex on Wednesday, climbing Roberto De Zerbi's side level on points with Liverpool in sixth.
The winger put the Seagulls ahead in the 15th minute against the run of play, as Crystal Palace rued missing a host of chances in the early stages, and dominated the remainder of the match to hold on for the clean sheet and the victory.
With the threat of relegation looming large, pressure is ramping up on Palace boss Patrick Vieira, who is still without a win in 2023.
