The Young Lions are are set to meet Norway, Spain and Belarus in the Elite Round Qualifier, with the winner of their group advancing to the tournaments finals in Georgia this summer.
The games will be played between Wednesday March 22 and Monday March 27 and Alexander-Arnold has been included in a 24-man squad.
