The Reds youngsters are part of a 23-man squad for matches against the Netherlands and Belgium on September 1 and September 4 respectively.
Alexander-Arnold and Kane will firstly hope to be involved when England host the Dutch in Telford, and then for a meeting with the Belgians in Brussels.
