Manchester United's 7-0 thrashing at the hands of rivals Liverpool has provoked fury from the club's former stars, with Gary Neville and Roy Keane leading the condemnation of their display.
Keane claimed told Sky Sports the players will be 'embarrassed' and 'ashamed' by the shocking display, with the former United captain adding 'Thank God, I’ve never been part of a team that’s been beaten by that much playing for Manchester United.'
Fellow pundit Gary Neville added 'You do not get beaten 7-0 at Anfield if you're a Manchester United player', with the opponent and location adding to painful nature of the defeat.
