Youri Tielemans looks set to sign a new deal at Leicester City, in a move that will frustrate Premier League rivals Liverpool.
Sportsmail reported at the beginning of the month that the Foxes were looking to open talks with their diminutive Belgian star over a new £100,000-a-week contract after an impressive 24 months at the King Power Stadium.
The former Monaco midfielder has been one of the club's stand-out performers under Brendan Rodgers, and has started all but one of their 25 Premier League matches this season.
And according to the Sun, Tielemans is set to prolong his stay in a move that will come as blow to transfer plans on Merseyside.
