German goalkeeper Lehmann still holds the record for the longest unbeaten start to a Premier League career, having not lost any of his first 47 matches after his 2003 transfer the the Gunners. He was a member of the Invincibles, and also holds the record for most consecutive clean sheets in the Champions League, having gone 10 matches without conceding a goal. Underrated in the annals of football history, Lehmann should be regarded as one of the best keepers of his generation.
Defoe is now 34, but is still scoring Premier League goals for fun, and he has just joined Bournemouth ahead of the 2017/18 season.
