Swansea 'ready to sign Andy King on a permanent deal from Leicester' if they avoid Premier League relegation

Swansea are ready to sign Andy King from Leicester on a permanent basis, but only if they can avoid Premier League relegation, according to The Mirror.

The midfielder completed a six-month loan move to South Wales on the final day of the January transfer window after finding game-time at Leicester limited.

Making four appearances and scoring one goal at the Liberty Stadium, King has been part of a revitalisation under Carlos Carvahal, which has seen them move up to 14th in the table.

His performances have been enough to convince the club to make a bid to sign him permanently, but they will not begin talks with Leicester until their Premier League status is confirmed.
