Claudio Ranieri has praised Shinji Okazaki for waking up Leicester’s Premier League campaign.
The Leicester manager joked his Japanese striker is in possession of the bell he made famous last season with his dilly-ding dilly-dong catchphrase.
Last Saturday Okazaki earned a Premier League start for the first time in six weeks as Crystal Palace visited the King Power Stadium and he brought his typical vibrancy to the role, running 11.66km – the most by any player.
Okazaki capped his display with a goal and Ranieri said Leicester looked more like his title-winning side than they have done previously this campaign.
