Leicester's Danny Drinkwater facing possible suspension for alleged elbow

The Football Association are probing an alleged elbow by Danny Drinkwater on Valon Behrami that could land the Leicester midfielder a three-match ban.

Images appearing on social media seemed to show Drinkwater possibly landing a blow on Behrami in the 67th minute of his side’s 2-1 defeat to Watford.

Referee Neil Swarbrick took no action at the time and the FA will first ask him whether he saw the incident. If not, the governing body will study all available footage to determine whether a charge should be brought.
