Leicester 'open talks with Arsenal over a loan move for Reiss Nelson', with the out-of-favour striker set to 'reunite with his former England youth team boss' at the King Power Stadium

Leicester City have opened talks with Arsenal over a loan deal for striker Reiss Nelson this summer, according to a report.

The 24-year-old made 14 appearances off the bench for Mikel Arteta's side in the Premier League last season but failed to register a goal or assist. He was handed his only league start of the campaign in Arsenal's 2-0 win over Luton in April.

In fact, Nelson has made only 10 starts for his boyhood club over the last two years.

He spent time on loan in the Bundesliga with Hoffenheim in the 2018-19 season and 12 months with Feyenoord two years later.
