Fleetwood Town’s highly-rated teenager Josh Feeney is attracting interest from a host of Premier League clubs and Celtic.
The imposing central defender, who only turned 16 this month, is building a growing reputation and has been named in each of Fleetwood’s last three matchday squads.
Wolves, Leicester City, Leeds United and Aston Villa are all understood to have made contact with the League One club over the past few months.
Celtic may have an advantage if they formalise their pursuit given cross-border compensation fees are significantly lower for academy players.
