Leicester keeping tabs on long-time target Ismail Jakobs but they could face a battle from Brighton to land the versatile Germany U21 star from Cologne in the summer

Leicester have renewed their interest in Ismail Jakobs and have been joined by Brighton in monitoring the Cologne prospect.

Jakobs, 21, has been on Leicester’s radar for over a year following his Bundesliga breakthrough last season, as previously revealed by MailOnline.

And they are again among the Premier League sides keeping tabs on the versatile Jakobs ahead of the summer window.
