Leicester are on the verge of signing Udinese defender Molla Wague on loan until the end of the season.
Wague, 25, is set to fly over to Leicester on Monday night ahead of the completion of the move.
Claudio Ranieri has been looking for reinforcements in central defence and believes Wague will be a suitable fit until the summer at least.
The Mali international has recently returned from competing with his country at the Africa Cup of Nations and would be available to play Champions League football.
