Leicester City take Harrow Borough striker Ibrahim Meite on trial in quest to unearth the next Jamie Vardy

Premier League champions Leicester City have taken Harrow Borough striker Ibrahim Meite on trial as they bid to uncover their next non-league gem.

20-year-old Meite, who hails from south-west London, has enjoyed a very impressive start to the season with 10 goals in 14 appearances for the Ryman League club.

The striker, who has earned the nickname ‘The Shark’ because of his predatory instinct in front of goal, has attracted attention from a number of Premier League clubs.
