Leicester City players leave superhero outfits at home as Claudio Ranieri's side return to Copenhagen and target Champions League qualification

Leicester’s players are back in Copenhagen 11 months on from enjoying their Christmas party in the city dressed as superheroes, knowing it will take genuine powers this time to beat a team with a formidable record in the Danish capital.

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle outfits have been left at home, replaced by a determination to seal a place in the Champions League last-16, in what Claudio Ranieri called ‘a new chapter in the Leicester story’.

Andy King dressed as Michelangelo during that weekend away and let out a broad smile when reminded of Jamie Vardy’s white Power Ranger, Kasper Schmeichel’s Mr Incredible, and various other costumes.
