Bertrand Traore scored within just two minutes of being on the pitch as Leicester's poor run of results continued against Villa on Tuesday.
After Dewsbury-Hall picked up a red card, the side were forced into defending the draw, but Traore's strike broke the deadline three minutes before the final whistle.
Calls for a penalty in added time gave the home side a glimmer of hope, but after VAR review, the decision went against Leicester instead.
