Jamie Vardy set to return from two-month spell on the sidelines as Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers admits his side have missed the striker's leadership

Jamie Vardy will make his long-awaited Leicester return against Burnley in the Premier League on Tuesday, with Brendan Rodgers admitting his side have missed the striker’s leadership.

Leicester have failed to win a league game in the two months since Vardy suffered a hamstring problem.

‘It is great news for us,’ the manager said. ‘To have that level of mentality as well as the ability, is very important for any squad. That makes you stronger.’
