Manager Claudio Ranieri says Leicester can "write a new chapter" in their history by beating FC Copenhagen to reach the Champions League last 16.
The Foxes, who top Group G, will secure a top-two finish with victory in Denmark, but Copenhagen have not lost at home since August 2015.
"We are very close to achieving something special," Ranieri said.
Ranieri will not risk record signing Islam Slimani but Ahmed Musa has recovered from a knock at Tottenham.
Musa scored the equaliser in Saturday's 1-1 Premier League draw at White Hart Lane, a performance Ranieri rated as his side's best in the league this season.
