FA make plea for FIFA to confirm Leicester City signing of midfielder Adrien Silva after Foxes missed transfer deadline by 14 seconds

FIFA has confirmed it has been asked by the FA to rubber stamp Adrien Silva's £22million transfer to Leicester.
