Manchester United want Marcus Rashford to bulk up to protect his body against further injury now the England star is ready to return to action.
Rashford will be available for the first time this season against Leicester City tomorrow following shoulder surgery in August and a two-month rehabilitation.
The 23-year-old added 4kg of muscle to his lower body doing triple sessions on the pitch and in the gym as he worked his way back to full fitness.
But because Rashford had limited mobility in his left shoulder following the operation, he lost muscle mass in his upper body.
