Claudio Ranieri blames Leicester's Champions League campaign for poor Premier League form, saying 'I can see it is a different Leicester'

Claudio Ranieri has admitted his team's poor start to the Premier League season might have been caused by the distraction of Europe.

Leicester, surprise champions in May, have lost every away league game so far with a 3-0 defeat at Chelsea on Saturday following on from losses at Hull, Liverpool and Manchester United. In contrast, they have won both their Champions League games so far with Copenhagen up next at the King Power on Tuesday.

'It is difficult to say what has happened this season. I can see it is a different Leicester. Now it is important to understand if we are thinking more about Champions League than Premier League,' he said.
