Adrien Silva is unable to train with Leicester while the club attempts to convince FIFA to sanction the Portuguese midfielder's registration, Craig Shakespeare has confirmed.
The Leicester manager admitted Silva is 'in limbo' after FIFA rejected his £22million transfer from Sporting Lisbon because relevant documents were uploaded 14 seconds after deadline.
Silva is in Leicester and has been spotted house-hunting but is not yet an option for Shakespeare, and is staying away from the club's Belvoir Drive training base, as Sportsmail reported on Thursday.
'No he is not training,' Shakespeare said.
