Heading into the 1967 season, the Oakland Raiders made a trade with the Denver Broncos to grabbed Willie Brown. Already a two-time All-Star, Brown made his presence felt right away in Oakland, making the Pro Bow, and then continuing to make it for seven straight seasons.
Brown was perfect for what the Raiders liked to do on defense, and is still considered one of the best press coverage cornerbacks in the history of the game. Bringing him on board helped change the course of the franchise, and that trade was recently ranked as the greatest trade in the history of the Raiders organization.
