Kolton Miller has arrived, and then some.
The Raiders' first-round draft choice out of UCLA showed promise during OTAs and minicamp.
The next step is training camp that starts July 27 in Napa, where Miller sets aim at securing a starting spot at offensive tackle.
A Roseville High School graduate, Miller was picked 15th overall in the April draft to shore up a line that has been a team strength but also thinned due to injuries. The Raiders liked what they saw in their athletic 6-foot-9, 320-pound prospect who started 23 of 31 games at UCLA, playing both tackle spots.
