ALAMEDA, Calif. -- Now that Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval has signed into law a bill allocating $750 million to be raised by a hotel tax to help build a $1.9 billion stadium in Las Vegas, the Oakland Raiders have their financing plan in place to move to Southern Nevada.
But that by no means makes it a done deal that the Raiders are Las Vegas bound.

After Sandoval's signing at UNLV on Monday made it official, Raiders owner Mark Davis, who was in attendance, headed for Houston and the NFL fall league meetings today and Wednesday.
