They, of course, are likely getting a third-round pick in return as part of the Davante Adams’ trade.
There is a chance they can get more third-round pick. If Las Vegas defensive coordinator Patrick Graham is hired as a head coach elsewhere in the league in the January coaching hiring cycle, the Raiders will get an extra third-round pick in 2025 and ‘26 under the NFL rules for diversity hires. The same goes for general manager candidates such as Raiders’ assistant general manager Champ Kelly.
