During the 2018 NFL Draft, the Oakland Raiders swung a deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers for wide receiver Martavis Bryant. In exchange for Bryant, the Raiders sent the Steelers a third round pick, which turned out to be former Oklahoma State quarterback Mason Rudolph.
For Bryant, his journey in the Silver and Black was a strange one, as many expected a suspension was looming during the summer months. While he was never suspended by the league, the Raiders ended up cutting the “White Tiger” prior to their season opener against the Los Angeles Rams, but was re-signed in time for the Raiders Week 2 loss to the Denver Broncos.
